Infinity Studios reserves the right to use the images for promotional and publishing purposes. We
work hard to achieve something different every time and as artists, it is important to showcase our work. The
client(s) hereby allows us to display any photographs & our work covered by this contract and to generally promote the
business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums, etc. The Client(s) can share
the images online and on social media but cannot sell without any royalty to the company. We do not and
will not sell any images of our client unless permitted as we respect their privacy and honor our professional
bond.

Wedding Schedule:
Our shooting schedule, style of working and experience are designed to achieve a great set of wedding photos
for the Clients, accomplished with good humor and enjoyed by all concerned. Both the Clients and the
Photographers & team, therefore, agree that punctuality and cheerful cooperation are essential to producing
outstanding photographic results. In cases where the wedding does not run on time (for example, extreme
lateness by any of the client or guest) we cannot guarantee to take our normal set of photos although in such
circumstances we will do our absolute best to compensate. TO ANY DELAY IN SCHEDULE WITH 3HR OR
MORE, THE CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED WITH ADDITIONAL FEES OF RS. 5000 PER HOUR.

Confirmation:
The Client will receive a confirmation mail and confirmation letter. This mail confirms the Booking with us. Only
after receiving the mentioned booking amount can the booking is made. Any verbal communication DOES NOT
guarantee a booking if the advance amount is not paid.

Payment:
ï‚· 50% of the total project amount to be given on time of signing the project and agreement letter. Following
the date of the project, the rest 50% amount to be given on the day of the shoot.
ï‚· Any charges including traveling, food, and accommodations are to be paid by the Client or followed as
to the terms discussed during the signing of the project.
ï‚· All payments to be conducted by Cash, Cheque or Bank transfer to the bank account mentioned at the time
of project signing.
ï‚· On Cancellation of the project by Client due to any conditions or issues, Infinity studios
reserves the right to deduct 10% of any fees/ booking amount given.
ï‚· On Cancellation of the project by The Wedding Memories, the client shall be limited to receive a full
refund of any fees/booking amount paid only.
ï‚· In case of any cancellation, the amount to be paid in the same method while received. Eg: cash amount
to be liable only for a cash refund, Cheque amount to liable only for Cheque refund and Bank transfer
only liable for Bank transfer. NO OTHER METHOD TO BE CONDUCTED WHILE REFUNDING ON
CANCELLATION.

Force Majeure:
ï‚· If the photographer is unable to attend the wedding due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances
preventing his attendance a suitable replacement photographer will be provided by the photographer. In case
of a no show, the photographer is entitled to provide the client with a refund/deduction of the particular service,
whichever is applicable with no deduction.

ï‚· In this age of digital world, There are chances of corruption of memory & hard drive. we also love and save your memories (data) & trying to keep them safe best way possible. But In any cases if any harddrive or memory card corrupted, and we are unable to get that files/DATA back. Our company or person/s are not responsible for that. Yeah, We'll definitely return your money as the amount of that shoot data losses.

Our Request:
ï‚· We would appreciate being informed about the correct timings of every event as we reach the event prior to the
start nonetheless.
ï‚· The client will have to submit 64GB Pendrive for wedding and 16GB Pendrive for pre-wedding, to receive a soft
copy of the project.
ï‚· For better coordination and smooth progress of the project, the photo selection should be completed within
a week after the completion of the project.
ï‚· Kindly INFORM the management of the Venue about the stature of our team so that none of our team
members are misbehaved with as in case of any minor requirement. We cannot disturb the Bride/Groom or
family members for minor arrangements during such emotional events. Also, we would require a dedicated
table and a couple of chairs for the assistants to keep all the equipment and for changing the setups.
ï‚· Bridal Entry, Grooms Route to the venue, Mandap location, Performances and for any such event the
photographer needs to be kept in the loop.
ï‚· For Performances, we request you to inform our team about every detail as the occasion is to Surprise the
Guests, not photographers.
ï‚· In Cinematography, please do not expect every single person to be included or captured. It is a dedicated
video carrying out a story and not a coverage material.
ï‚· Kindly ensure the Makeup Salon or Artist allows photographs to be taken by the photographer.
ï‚· Couple Shoots are a USP for any creative team. To ensure that the couple dedicates at least 30-45 mins for
the same to experiment with the available light and ambiance.

Privacy:
All images uploaded are watermarked apart from a few portals that request otherwise. We present our images
in the lowest resolution possible so as to ensure it is not misused.
Misbehavior:
Hiring us means hiring a team of professionals and we’d appreciate if we are treated the same way throughout.
Any drunken guest can be a source of causing this situation or anyone who hasn’t had the experience of a
qualified team. Hence, we request you to kindly inform such guests, venue staff and the other team (if hired) to
carry out the event in a decent manner.
Misbehavior by any guest or opposite team and unprofessional behavior will under no circumstances be
tolerated and may result in a walkout if the situation goes from bad to worse. In case of a walkout, the client is
still entitled to compensate the remaining amount of the contract irrespective of the timing.
As professionals we are committed to our work however as humans we do have a level of tolerance. Any
misbehavior with any of our male/female teammate cannot be ignored. The same applies to our team. We are
entitled to behave professionally and under no circumstances are we to deviate from our commitments unless
provoked.

Both parties will automatically agree to the mentioned terms on Booking.
I (client) hereby agree to the terms of service and deliverables promised by The Wedding Memories and
confirm that they are up to my knowledge and have no problem in handing over the responsibility to them.
